Calling all you ladies out of the Gyms and into the outdoors for a nouveaux twist on getting that beach bod. Join our all girl surf Instructor Team on the Beach at Inch for a combination of Yoga, Surf Stronger toning exercises and surf time! Don’t be afraid to try something new this year and if you’ve never surfed before, even more of a reason to take to the seas. All equipment and wetsuits included so just bring yourself. Are you ready for the ultimate challenge, forget pumping irons in front of the mirror and kickstart your weekly training with the back drop of the ocean blue. Our new weekly beach boot camp combines a series of army style fitness manouveres, Surf time focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. You will begin your training on the beach and finish it off with your surfboard on the crest of a wave! All equipment and wetsuits included so just bring yourself. Sound interesting?? ‘Ohanatime' (family surftime) - Sun 15th April @ 2pm
Sundays at 2pm Mommies, Daddies and kiddies too can now do a class altogether on the beach at Inch every Sunday Afternoon. ‘Ohana’ means family and family means nobody gets left behind. The class starts with some beach fun and games and then moves to the Water where our qualified Surf Instructors will show all the family the ropes and get you up and riding your very own wave. All equipment and wetsuits included so just pack your picnic and rock on down to the beach. Call us now to book your place and make a move towards getting your family into the great outdoors. Premier Surf School. Come and catch your own wave!
Surfing is a great sport to be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness
levels. It is a great way to pick up a new sport or even just an excuse to
get into the great outdoors. Lessons take place in waist deep water so don't
worry if you aren't confident in the water. Our Surf School is approved by
the Irish Surfing Association and all instructors are qualified beach
lifeguards.
Our goal is to ensure your surfing skills progress in a fun and safe environment. We believe we can help you achieve your surfing goals by keeping groups small and providing personal attention to each student.
